Listeriosis

The listeriosis is triggered by the bacterium Listeria monocytogenes. This microorganism is widespreadly and in the environment ubiquitous. Being able to listerie happen in the following food:

  • Salads,
  • vegetables stewed only briefly,
  • raw meat,
  • Smoked salmon.

  • Avoid the contact between raw and cooked foods.
  • Use up before cooked or semifinished foods as rapidly as possible.
  • Clean your refrigerator regularly. It should always be colder than 4 º C.
