Therapy vacuum pump
A vacuum pump consists of several parts. 1 synthetic top-hat, 1 electrical or hand-pump and differently big rubber rings. The penis is put into the synthetic top-hat and this produces a negative pressure by the pump. Blood flows increased through this below atmospheric pressure of the vacuum pump into the penis. The blood cannot drain away any more and the erection remains unchanged if a rubber ring is touched about the penis now.
The duration of the erection is approx. 10 minutes. The penis ring should be left in no case longer than 30 minutes.
Which contraindications are there? The vacuum pump can be used by everybody. A known side effect is the missing ejaculation ability. At ejaculation the ejaculate is pressed into the bladder mostly so that the urine changes color lightly cloudy. At the application some experience is necessary. One should be able to much time to learn the application. (not starting with that under pressure). One can try out differently big penis rings. Perhaps one should remove the pudendum hairiness (air tightness).
