Anamnesis
Most important is also questioning the patient, the anamnesis, in detail too once as in the case of the all other illnesses. Is important in the context of the hypertension diagnostics

- Acute troubles like headaches, seeing difficulties, nausea, sacroiliac pains, tiredness, cardiac insufficiency etc..
- I.e. which one the patient takes medicine medicine intake regularly: blood pressure sinking or-increasing medicines (NSAR, cortisone, pill etc.)
- Nicotine consumption, alcohol consumption, coffee consumption, drug abuse
- Earlier illnesses or operations, particularly the kidneys
- Family anamnesis: are high blood pressure, myocardial infarction, stroke or kidney illnesses already known to relatives (1. degree?)
