Five element diet

The five element diet is from Asia and it is part of the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). The foods are assigned to one of the five elements earth, water, fire, metal or wood. At this diet everyone almost is food permitted, important it is only the composition and the set of the nutrients. All five elements should be available balancedly within a menu.
