This is an intolerance opposite acetylsalicylic acid (aspirin) and not steroid ale antiphlogistics (Diclofenac, ibuprofen). Paracetamol is often stood, there are cross-reactions only rarely. At the pseudoallergic reaction the same mechanisms and messenger substances activated as in the case of the allergic asthma are, however they himself are different into following points:
You aren't specifically - for a certain triggering substance
You already appear at the first gift without a sensitization taking place
You are not purchased but preprogramed genetically
This intolerance finds itself at approx. 10% of all patients with an intrinsic/not allergic asthma, however only rare at an allergic asthma.
Therapy: Do without NSAR, recently specific therapy possibly by Leukotrienantagonisten.
Alternative solution preparations: Opioids, paracetamol to the analgesic therapy, paracetamol also against fevers, steroids (Cortison) at inflammations.
