Food allergies frequently appear primarily at a pollen allergy on Frühblüher (birch, alder, hazel). Having also a food allergy on one or several of the food listed above more than 50% of the birch pollen people suffering from an allergy.

Consequences for the eating plan

The recommendations are very individually differently, concerned what the nutrition. The pNMA (pollen associated food allergy) steps only during the respectively acute pollen season, a year-round abstentio diet isn't necessary for some pollen people suffering from an allergy so and the corresponding food absolutely can be consumed in the fall or winter. Allergenic relationships between single food and pollens shouldn't be the reason that whole plant families are painted from the eating plan.
